Technology: Time Travel

This technology is completely unfeasible. Even if it could exist it would be manipulated by corrupt governments or criminals. If a country like the U.S. tried to use it for good something could go horribly wrong and cause a ripple effect. Ethical questions would arise and perhaps the technology would be banned worldwide. We picked this technology because it is interesting to try to imagine how the world would cope with it.
